日本のどこかにある絶海の孤島、彼岸島。 そこではウィルスに感染した人間たちが吸血鬼と化し、人をさらってはその生き血を吸って横暴の限りを尽くしていた。この彼岸島で行方不明になった兄の篤（鈴木亮平）を捜しに来た明（白石隼也）は、吸血鬼の勢力を倒すワクチンの存在を聞きつけ、果敢に敵の中に乗り込んでいく。しかし、捜し求めていた兄の篤は吸血鬼に感染され、彼岸島を支配するマスターヴァンパイア、雅（栗原類）の手下となっていた……。

暑假期间，独自赴东京求学的宫本明（白石隼也 饰）回到故乡，与由纪（山下莉奥 饰）、阿健（远藤雄弥 饰）、板长（西井幸人 饰）、西山（阿部翔平 饰）、加藤（胜信 饰）等高中时代的伙伴重新会面。然而由于一年前哥哥宫本笃（铃木亮平 饰）的失踪事件，他和家人的心头始终蒙有一层阴影。某晚，一个名叫冷（佐藤瞳 饰）的美丽女孩接近阿明，声称他的哥哥笃解开了罪恶的封印，导致吸血病大肆泛滥。受感染的人变成嗜血如命的吸血鬼，且会造成二次污染。亲眼目睹可怕事实的好友们结伴来到冷的家乡小岛，谁知竟沦为供吸血鬼求生的家畜。恐怖的夏日，血腥的记忆……

Doria leaves home after being raped and deflowered by her stepmother's boyfriend while her stepmother drunkenly watched. She is picked up on the highway by Jackie, a lesbian whose tenderness contrasts with Doria's recent experience. Doria then meets two artists, Tee Jay and Julio, who use her as their model and introduce her to a bohemian life of parties and such drugs as marijuana and LSD.

To his chagrin, the young man discovers that logic can be a two-edged sword. Several common fallacies that we encounter in our daily lives are humorously presented. The film underscores the importance of learning to think logically and analytically.
